This page shows the Administrator how to activate a campaign on the Thanks platform

Activate campaign

This feature allows an administrator to activate any campaign from pre-set campaigns and can customize the images and theme colours. On the day of the campaign the platform landing page banner and theme gets automatically updated. To activate campaign:

  • Login to the Thanks application.
  • On the left side of the page, click Admin > Campaigns.
  • Activated Campaigns section shows all the campaigns that has been activated for your platform. By default this section will be empty.
  • Available Campaigns section shows all the campaigns available in the platform.
  • On “mouse hover” of a campaign multiple action options will be visible like View, Activate, Edit.
  • Click Activate to activate the campaign. It will activate banner, widget and color theme in the portal.

Customize Campaign

Using this feature you can change the banner, widget image and colour theme for a campaign. Along with that you can also decide the start and end date for the campaign to be active on the platform. To customize a campaign:

  • Login to the Thanks application.
  • On the left side of the page, click Admin > Campaigns.
  • Available Campaigns section shows all the campaigns available in the platform.
  • On “mouse hover” of a campaign multiple action options will be visible like View, Activate, Edit.
  • Click Edit to activate the campaign. It will activate banner, widget and color theme in the portal.
  • Click Edit to configure/change the content.
    • Pre-set Campaign - It shows the default campaign name.
    • Campaign Display Name - Add the name you want display in “Activated Campaigns” section.
    • Start Date - You can set current date if you want to activate instantly or set future date to schedule the campaign.
    • End Date - The campaign/theme automatically gets deactivated after the End date.
    • Select theme - There will be default colour for each campaign. You can change and click on View to see the portal theme.
    • Redirect To - Select the feature Wish/Appreciate you want to link with the campaign. For example “New Year” campaign will be tagged to “Wish”, so that once the campaign is active users can click on the banner/widget to go to Wish page and directly wish other colleagues.
    • Widget Image - There will be a default widget image preset for the campaign and if you wish you can upload a new one.
      Note: Widget image comes on the right side of the home page.
    • Animated Images - There will be a default image preset for the campaign and you can customize to upload a new one.
      Note: Animated image comes on the top right corner of the home page.
    • Banner Image - There will be a default image preset for the campaign and you can customize to upload a new one.

  • Click Activate to activate the campaign post customization.
